    Kyla Cowell

    has helped countless people achieve better fitness, improved wellness, and the greatest quality of life. Her background and experience has given her exposure to all of the complexities of the human body and the beauty of it’s motion. Kyla’s knowledge and love of dance and exercise has enabled her to help her clients go beyond their dreams of peak fitness and health.

    is Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

    Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Hofstra University

    Has Competed in Dance Competitions Internationally and Performed Professionally Prior to taking on the Passion of Health and Fitness as a Career.

    Billy Cowell

    Billy will dish it out to you in ways you did not know were possible. His training techniques you will “love to hate” and the proof is in his clients that are in the very best shape of their lives. He brings more than 10 years of professional experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach and aerobic instructor. With his recent addition of a certification and license in massage therapy, he can appropriately work with clients post rehabilitation and in the recovery and prevention of injuries. Aside from extensive knowledge and experience, Billy’s strength is his enthusiasm and energy, which goes into each and ever second of your training sessions with him. He is fired up everyday to do what he does and wants to share that juice with you!
